Apligraf® Insurance Coverage.Apligraf® Insurance.

Apligraf® is a medical device that is covered by a wide range of medical insurance plans, and generally has positive insurance coverage. However, your doctor or nurse may not be familiar with the details of Apligraf® reimbursement.
