Study Design

The efficacy of Apligraf® was evaluated in a prospective, parallel-group, randomized, controlled, study involving 14 centers and 240 patients with venous leg ulcers.

Control Patients

Receiving Apligraf in combination with compression therapy was compared with an active treatment concurrent control of zinc paste gauze and compression therapy.
