  • Removed from master cell bank, thawed, and expanded
  • Seeded onto the contracted dermal matrix1,2
  • During 4-day incubation period:
    • Keratinocytes attach to matrix1
    • Keratinocytes proliferate and differentiate
    • Epidermal layer forms
